Processing Time: We strive to process and ship all orders within 2-3 business days.
Shipping Duration: Delivery times vary by location. Typically, orders arrive within 3-5 business days for metro cities and 5-7 business days for other locations across India.
Shipping Costs: We offer FREE shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999. A flat shipping fee of ₹70 is applied to orders below this amount. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for an additional charge of ₹50.
Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email and an SMS with your tracking number and a link to track your package.
Return & Exchange Policy
7-Day Returns: We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original, unused condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with a photograph of the item. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
